The Toll Road folks are back at it again. They (TCA) have a new work around plan. To build it in segments so they have a smaller footprint on the environmental impact report. This has gained little attention because its being billed as just the "first" stage, therefore about 8-9 miles from Trestles. The third or fourth stage will take it to trestles.
